What counts as a signed document?
One completed signing request counts once, even when it contains more than one PDF or signer. Drafts, rejected documents and unsigned requests are not charged.
When do I pay?
Your usage runs from the first to the last day of the month. ZedSign issues a ZMW invoice after month-end with a 14-day due date.
How do volume rates work?
The first 60 billable documents are K4 each, documents 61 to 250 are K3.50 each, and documents above 250 are K3 each. The lower rate applies automatically.
Do my free documents expire?
No. Your first 20 completed documents are free across the lifetime of your organisation, so you can test ZedSign with real work.
