What counts as a signed document?
One completed signing request counts once, even when it contains more than one PDF or signer. Drafts, rejected documents and unsigned requests are not charged.
When do I pay?
You top up your ZedSign wallet with mobile money. Each completed document and paid delivery is charged from the wallet when it happens, so there is no invoice to wait for.
How do volume rates work?
Each month, documents 1–60 are K 4.00 each, documents 61–250 are K 3.50 each, documents 251+ are K 3.00 each. The lower rate applies automatically.
Are some documents free?
Yes: 20 completed documents free each month, so you can test ZedSign with real work.
